How we started
St John’s Place has an established business community created by a variety of long-term tenants. Our central location makes St John’s Place the ideal venue to be. It’s conveniently close to York Street, within easy reach of the Eden Council as well as the George Municipal Council, the historical post office and Go George public transport system makes it a great place to cowork or hot desk or even have a permanent office.
St John’s Place is part of the history of George. In 2003, Paul Goedhart, Philip Theron, Chris Schliemann and Riaan de Wit bought the property to house their businesses. Three years later, in 2006 St John’s Place renovated and expanded to house 21 offices.
Early in 2019, we responded to the growing market demand for shared office space and hot desk facilities. Our vision for business accommodation has grown to provide a new way of working for the new way of living in George without compromising professional facilities.
